Drama Club

Dear Parents,

The Drama Club has gotten off to a great start! We have some pretty talented young people who have joined us!

So far, we have picked our spring play, “The Enchanted Book Shop”! The students are really excited about it. Rehearsals for the production will begin in January. Please ensure your student attends all the meetings (Tues and Wed 2:40 to 3:40). As we get closer to the opening night, I will let you all know if more time is needed.

Now that we have picked our play we have also come to realize we need to raise some moola! We have decided to have a fundraising night called, “EMS Presents, A Night of Improv!” Two improv troupes will present some of the most hilarious improv games. We will need your help with pastries (more info to follow). Please invite relatives and friends, so that this can be a successful fundraiser.

To dazzle the audience, we plan on wearing all black and our drama t-shirts which are on sale now. The order form is attached. Feel free to purchase one for yourself, as well.
